I started my career as a software engineer at Google, then spent years in CTO and product leadership roles at early-stage startups.

I've worked with venture-backed companies and mission-driven organizations alike. The common thread is teams that have something real to build and need both the strategic thinking and the execution to get there.

AI has changed what's possible for lean teams. Strong strategy and technical judgment have always been the hard part, and I've spent 12+ years developing both. What's new is that the execution can now move as fast as the thinking.
